- You are obliged to provide proof of identity if requested to do so.
- Ahoy uses camera surveillance and, certainly in the case of disturbances or accidents, will make the images available to third parties, including the judicial authorities.
- If necessary, Ahoy is authorised to evacuate the entire site.

No compensation
- Visitors to the Ahoy do so at their own risk. Ahoy does not accept liability for any damage whatsoever. Use of the parking facilities is also at your own risk. Ahoy is not liable if the organiser decides to cancel the event.

Respect for the neighbourhood
1) Parking is only permitted in the designated car parks.
2) Respect the property and peace of our neighbours.
3) Please do not leave litter in and around Ahoy.

Entry refused, removal and fine
- If you fail to comply with the house regulations or conduct yourself in any other disruptive fashion, Ahoy is entitled at all times to refuse you access and to remove you from the location and you will be liable to pay an on-the spot fine of EUR 500.
